Updated: June 11, 2020

Yankee Pedlar Realtors is currently taking short-term bookings for the summer rental season. Please note that we are currently experiencing very high call volumes. We ask for patience as we work expeditiously to provide all of our guests with information and resources.

We do not guarantee or warrant against the risk of Covid-19 infection while at a Yankee Pedlar property.  None of the information provided herein is intended as medical advice.

For additional information:
New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services/COVID-19

Per order of the Governor, renters arriving from out of state will need to agree to the following:

All person(s) staying at the rental property will have remained at home for at least 14 days before arriving in New Hampshire, only going out for essential items and, when outside of the home, maintaining social distancing and wearing face masks when within less than 6 feet of another person during this 14-day “quarantine.”

**New for 2020** YPR RENTER PORTAL:
This year we are excited to introduce the YPR Renter Portal. You will receive a link to your portal on Thursday prior to check-in.  From this portal, you will be able to:

  • Access property information, including wifi password, key access code, and trash information
  • Check-in remotely
  • Chat real time with Geordy and Michelle
  • Submit any repair/maintenance requests
  • Check-out and leave feedback

Due to COVID-19, we will be working remotely during the week. Using the chat function in the portal will be the quickest and most efficient way to get a question answered, make a special request, or just say hello.

Yankee Pedlar takes the safety and wellbeing of our guests very seriously. Our housekeeping contractors have agreed to adhere to all CDC guidelines related to cleaning and disinfecting vacation rental properties. Special focus will be given to “high touch surfaces” such as appliances, doorknobs, light switches, etc. Housekeepers will be using disinfectant products that have been approved under EPA guidelines and windows will be left open during cleaning to air out the home.

If you request housekeeping services during your stay, please be advised that all guests including pets (if permitted in your lease) must vacate the home while housekeepers are in the house.

Prior to checking in, per State of NH guidelines, you MUST answer the following four questions via your YPR Guest Portal.  If you answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions, we ask that you and your group do not come. All deposits will be returned to you.

  • Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
  • Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?
  • Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
  • Have you had any changes in your taste or smell?

Don’t worry, you will still get hermits this year! Geordy and Michelle will be visiting properties on Sunday to say hello and to deliver our famous hermits. If you would like to opt-out of this visit, you will be able to do so during check-in on the YPR Guest Portal.

You will be able to use the chat feature on your YPR Renter Portal to let us know of any maintenance issues. If a contractor needs to go to the property, please be aware that ALL guests must vacate the property before the contractor will enter.

Please check the Town of Wolfeboro’s COVID-19 task force webpage for updates on the status of local events and town property, including beaches:

TENANT, their guests, heirs and assigns herein indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the Lessor/property owner and Rental Agent (Yankee Pedlar), their employees, contractors, heirs and assigns against any and all claims, including but not limited to personal injury, disease infection, trauma, property loss or damage arising either in or about the occupied Property or elsewhere during the term of the seasonal rental, regardless of the nature of the events.

Thank you,
Geordy and Michelle
